After seeing the reviews I decided on this one. I can't wait for warmer temps so I can get to the range to see how close it got my scope sighted in. It fits great in my Taurus M44 Revolver cylinder.

Worked good up close! Was able to sight in my ultradot scope without wasting too many rounds of 44 mag. Worth the money!

It does just what I bought it for

Good device for revolver bore sighting, where pin point accuracy is not necessarily the goal. This cartridge sized light works fine for open sights or a low powered scope on a revolver. I use it mostly on .44 mags.

Its a little loose in the chamber so it's not overly accurate.

In the past, I have mostly used the bore sighters that fit in the end of the barrel and shine a laser-like beam from there. Precise fit is a bit difficult. This type - which fits in the cylinder of my revolvers - Is MUCH easier to use, and seems more accurate - and therefor more precise. Used it recently to check the zero on four .44 mag revolvers, and also on one in .480 Ruger, which fit close enough to "do the job".
I'm satisfied with this equipment!

It solved my sighting issue with my fixed sight Ruger Vaquero, I know my front blade orientation. It also let me know my rear sight on my 10.5" Super Blackhawk was off. Thank you!
